Marshmallows

I made marshmallows the other night (recipe at www.prudentbaby.com). Wow - they were easy and good. I didn’t even have a candy thermometer for the sugar, and they still came out great.

I used these as prizes for the game winners at my friend’s baby shower. They would also make great gifts, especially if you have a bunch of people to make for. Best part of making them to give away is keeping the rounded edges.
